AhlulBayt News Agency: The Commission of Detainees’ and Ex-Detainees’ Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoner Society (PPS) reported on Tuesday that the Israeli occupation authority (IOA) issued new administrative detention orders and renewed previous ones against 81 Palestinian detainees.
According to the Commission and PPS, the IOA has issued more than 350 administrative detention orders against Palestinian detainees in the past week, without indictment or trial, citing secret files as justification for their detention.
The Commission and PPS noted that there are currently 3,562 Palestinian administrative detainees held in Israeli jails.
